Store Manager
As Manager of the store, he/she is responsible for customer satisfaction, for store
management and development and for his/her team (ranging from 100 to 400 employees)
He/she also actively participates on the management committee.
His/her contribution is vital in positioning his store in the surrounding
economic and social environment.
Store Cost Controller
Member also of the management committee, he/she improves store profitability by developing
efficient administration tools, by leading the accounting team, by fixing objectives,
by budgeting and elaborating investment plans together with Sales area Managers.
By interpreting and analysing figures he contributes to the added value of the company.
Sales Area Manager
Member and actor of the management committee of his/her store and Manager in his/her own field
(one or sometimes several sectors), he/she is completely independent in leading his/her team
(recruitment, training etc…) and in developing his/her sector of activity (choice of products,
sales prices, sales operations etc…). He/she also guarantees customer satisfaction related to
his/her field.
Department Manager
As he/she takes over from the Sales area Manager, he/she directs sales operations, manages stock
taking and co-ordinates sales advisers in their daily tasks. He/she contributes in developing
product sales in the department, while ensuring its suitability and relevance.
He/she guarantees customer satisfaction in his sector.
Sales adviser
He/she welcomes, listens to, gives advice and attends to customers needs in order to meet
their requirements. Thanks to the feedback he provides, he/she plays an important role in
choosing a product range and participates actively in his/her sector’s development.
Customer Service Department Managers
Member of the management committee of his/her store, he/she is responsible for a team of
cashiers, the clients passage through the cash desks, and the reliability and security
of products that transit the check outs.
Customer Service Manager
As he/she takes over from the Customer Service Department Manager in heading the team of
cashiers, he/she ensures not only the quality of the service provided to customers while
transiting through the cash desk but also the fluidity of queues at cash desks,
he/she also takes parts in informing and training the cashiers.
Customer Service Hostess
He/she takes part in providing customer satisfaction, thanks to the quality of her welcome
and the efficiency of the passage through the cash desk.
Logistics
The Logistics and Service Area Manager, together with the help of the Services Manager, manage and optimise the flow of products through the store. He/she runs the customers orders department services (responding to specific orders, removal of orders, reserved stock) as well as the aftersales services, deliveries and rentals.

The product manager defines the strategy he/she will apply to a product family he/she is
responsible for. His/her role is to develop product ranges, select suppliers, create
logistic networks and negotiate purchasing conditions. He/she develops the factors necessary
for the stores to commercialise products (merchandising, sales schemes, spreading
product culture). He/she actively participates in the improvement of the group product
process during the International Products Synergies.He/she
works with aProduct Assistant whose role is to provide available
product information. In some countries,
aMerchandising Manager is responsible for the development of this service in the stores.
Thanks to studies made on market evolutions, on consumer research, client behaviour and needs, the
Marketing department defines and outlines sales concepts and strategies,
products prices and services.
With the help of various media (brochures, booklets, company magazines, radio….),
the Commercial Communication department aims to
create needs, to inform and attract customers to our stores by relaying sales events. It
develops sales events promoting quality and thus enhancing the trade name reputation.
Teams working on Internet
sites develop and enable the web site to evolve as each country grows, in terms of technical information
and also sales and customer relations

Its role is to accompany the company in its growth by developing its human capital.
By encouraging professional fulfilment, motivating employees, advising on job
suitability and choices. It rallies human resources management (forecasting,
recruiting, mobility, careers prospects), internal communication, training (integration,

Ratifies the economic and administrative data either for stores or the whole company administrative control, accountancy,
investment, treasury, compensation). Its role is to ensure that the company complies with legal and administrative procedures informing of risks and providing support for
legal and audit issues.

Each actor of LM must have at his/her disposal, when needed, access to the
information necessary to do his/her job. Our computer scientists
optimise and consolidate information systems on the national and international scale through the
following tasks : R&D, creating tools, operating systems, free disposal
of systems and tools, users close hotline support and training. |

In a global context, its role is to optimise costs, control delays and quality terms,
when supplying, supplying, transporting and storing
thus creating a product logistic network from the suppliers to the store and relaying
both physical and financial transit information.
